Chef Guido Braeken, recently awarded with 2 Michelin stars, curates a poetic culinary sequence designed to echo each elemental phase of the journey. Expect a culinary interpretation that translate the soul of The Dalmore into edible landscapes, paired with rare Dalmore expressions that resonate far beyond the glass.  

Layered between each course, a theatrical narrative emerges. Voiced, staged and orchestrated with precision. Living centerpieces and stirring soundscapes guide guests through the spiritual and material origins of The Dalmore. Every detail whispers craftsmanship. Every transition leaves and echo.
