A Brand New Day (ABND)
A Brand New Day is the official Dutch Distributor for The Dalmore and will be the official organizer of this the Whispers & Echoes event on the 27th and 28th of February. A Brand New Day will collect the registration fees on behalf of The Dalmore.

Payment
All costs referred to are in Euro (€). Registrations are only confirmed once the required payment has been received. The online registration platform is a secure site. All types of payment via Mollie are accepted. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive an invoice / receipt by email.

VAT and taxes
Dutch VAT is applicable on the paid fees.

Cancellation of registration                                                                                                                                             
In the event of cancellation, written notification must be sent by email to whisky@abrandnewday.nl and confirmed by the Organizer. The cancellation policies are as following:

·       In case of cancellation before or on 21st January 2024 (23:59 CEST), the registration fee will be refunded with a deduction 10%.

·       In case of cancellation from 22nd January – 20th February 2024 (23:59 CEST), the registration fee will be refunded with a deduction of 50% as penalty charge.

·       As of 21st February, the registration fee will not be refunded for cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellation of hotel rooms
In the event of cancellation of the booked hotel room at Van Oys Hotel, written notification must be sent by email to whisky@abrandnewday.nl and confirmed by the Organizer. The cancellation policies are as following:

·       In case of cancellation until 2 weeks prior arrival day, no cancellation penalty will apply and the booking can be cancelled free of charge.

·       After that, a 100% cancellation fee will apply and cancellations or no-shows will be charged to the provided credit card.

Age Limitation
Attendance at the event are restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, in compliance with current health and safety regulations.

Photographs and videos
ABND reserves the right to photograph and film participants and to use such photographs and films in any internal and external communication referring to the event, such as on its websites, social media channels, or other publications. By registering you consent to such uses.

Data protection
By registering to this event, you agree that your personal data will be processed by ABND and its suppliers, for registration and handling purposes, and to send you information in connection to the event. If you do not submit the data indicated as ‘required’, we cannot complete your registration. You have the right to access and rectify your personal data by contacting the A Brand New Day by email to whisky@abrandnewday.nl

By registering to the event, you are allowing ABND to communicate with you via email, phone, text, and social media.

Insurance and Liability Disclaimer
The delegate takes part in the event at their own risk. Further, the Organisers may not be held liable for any costs or damages incurred resulting from acts outside of their control including but not limited to force majeure, strikes and/or public manifestations. It is recommended that guests obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance. ABND cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to the event delegates.

ABND has the right to alter or cancel the event or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the event without prior notice for any reason beyond their control (including but not limited to acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, pandemics and/or industrial action). ABND organizers will endeavour to re-schedule, but shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure, or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration or cancellation.

Applicable law
In any disputes that may arise concerning the execution or interpretation of the present General Regulations, both parties agree that they will be subject to Dutch law and that the commercial courts of Amsterdam will be competent, without prejudice to the ABND’s right to initiate proceedings under the laws and before the courts of the participant’s registered office in the event any sums are due by the participant to ABND.
