CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

In the event of cancellation, written notification must be sent by email to whisky@abrandnewday.nl and confirmed by the Organizer. The cancellation policies are as following:


•⁠ ⁠In case of cancellation before or on 21st January 2026 (23:59 CEST), the registration fee will be refunded with a deduction 10%.


•⁠ ⁠In case of cancellation from 22nd January – 13th February 2026 (23:59 CEST), the registration fee will be refunded with a deduction of 50% as penalty charge.


•⁠ ⁠As of 14th February, the registration fee will not be refunded for cancellations or no-shows.
CANCELLATION OF HOTEL ROOMS

In the event of cancellation of the booked hotel room at Van Oys Hotel, written notification must be sent by email to whisky@abrandnewday.nl and confirmed by the Organizer. The cancellation policies are as following:

  • In case of cancellation before 11/02/2026, no cancellation penalty will apply and the booking can be cancelled free of charge. 

  • After that, a 100% cancellation fee will apply and cancellations or no-shows will be charged to the provided credit card.
